Jaz Fanara Residence is located on the cliff of Ras Om El Sid with a view of the Red Sea and the national park of Ras Mohamed and only minutes away from Neama Bay.

Only 2 km from Sharm city centre and 22 km from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport, this award winning four-star Egypt holiday hotel has Superior Family rooms.

Guests can enjoy the spa, which includes offers reviving treatments, massage, sand relaxation programs and beauty services at an extra charge. Alternatively, guests have access to tennis, snorkeling free of charge or diving with an added charge.

Everything was good , we enjoyed our stay there.

Our suite was very far from the beach, we used to walk a long distance everyday . There's no variety of food, I expected it to be better. We had a problem with the t.v , it had only 8 channels and they said they will fix it but no one did.

The rooms,facilities and staff were really good.

The main restaurant at the hotel was not very good and the food was average for Lunch and Dinner. Breakfast was decent though. The snacks/lunch by the pool was very good to be fair.

Wonderful

Almost everything!

The walk to our room was very very very long. I was extremely upset about that. It almost ruined my holiday but I made an effort to get over it. If I ever do go back, or tell others, I will CERTAINLY make sure they see a map of the rooms to make sure they are not so far from the center.

Beautiful

Reef is wonderful. The view is fantastic in the evenings. Have to applaude to bar guys. It is worth to tip them since they deserve it. They are very helpful. Overall a good experience. I personally like this hotel a lot. I also have noticed that the gardenes do a wonderful job, looks very neat and tidy.For me definitely come back destination.

Reception is slow at times to solve requests.

Good resort but family suits are far away

Staff are very hospitable and accommodating. The view of the sea from the terrace is out of this world, especially at the sunset. Food is good but not the dessert.

Family suits are located almost 500 meters from the reception area and 700 meters from the sea. There is no view whatsoever for these suits.

Beautiful resort in perfect location

The location is perfect, just in front of a beautiful coral reef. The rooms are new and equipped with everything. The service was great, I particularly enjoyed the yoga and pilates classes under the palms.

The only annoying thing were the mosquitos near the bar in the evening: some citronelle candles could help a lot with this issue!

Weather was awesome, pools and beaches even better. Had a great time.

Pools and beaches are great. No wind. Clean clear water. Good snorkeling for beginners. Lots of fish. Great Spa treatments. Good bar tenders with excellent cocktails. Very friendly and helpful staff, speaking a variety of languages.

Food was not great. Breakfast is ok but that is the easiest meal of the day. Most lunches and dinners were the same with little variation and no taste. Great looking desserts that taste like paper. If you want to lose weight, this is a great place to stay.

BORING (won’t come here again :-))

the bay, where’s the hotel located. Quite windless and at some parts of the beach you can actually sea fish by standing in the water up to the knee. Room is modern and comfy. Ours was not ruined by some storm. WIFI in the room was pretty good to my surprise. Iced Coffee in the pool bar :-) Not much people near the main pool (the warm one) and no people at all near the second pool (the cold one) Staff is pleasant. Hotel is not so far from the old market. If you are a runner, it’s better to run in the evening, cause i once went running at 6:30am and the weather was already quite hot. This place is great for running, especially long distance :)

the main restaurant: food is average, queues all the time, too hot in there. and it actually seemed that it wasn’t renovated for a long time. Windows are dirty. NO ANIMATION AT ALL. No music, nobody tells you about anything. I’m not personally a big fan of animation, but even I felt a lack of it here. Beach is overcrowded, if you don’t like kids, this hotel is definitely not for you. We always went swimming in another hotel because they had pontoon in the sea. This way you don’t damage fish and corals by walking on them. Also we saw a stingray, so be careful. There’s one area in the hotel, some kind of a lounge bar, which is likely to be open, cause it’s actually nice, especially to drink something there in the evenings.

« Très bon séjour »

Très bon séjour,bon rapport qualité /prix Bon emplacement pour le snorkeling, belle plage surveillée. Hôtel avec des activités proposées mais reste calme, très sécurisé avec des personnes filtrant les entrées et sorties de l’hôtel. Un personnel très sympathique et un petit plus pour Walied qui a assuré la propreté journalière de notre chambre toujours avec le sourire !
